PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small fuel pump in which the area of a passage for a fuel flowing through a motor part is secured by a simple structure and which has an increased efficiency. SOLUTION: This fuel pump 10 adopts a brushless motor as a motor part. A stator core 30 is formed by circumferentially installing six cores 32. A bobbin 40 formed of an insulation resin is fitted to each of cores 32. A coil 42 is formed by concentrically wrapping windings around the bobbin 40. The insulation resin 46 is filled between the teeth 33 adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction, covers the coils 42, and formed while forming a clearance 204 between the teeth 33 adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction on the rotor 50 side. The fuel boosted in a pump part flows in the motor part through both a fuel passage 202 as a gap between the inner peripheral surface of the stator core 30 and the outer peripheral surface of the rotor 50 and a fuel passage as a clearance 204 between the teeth 33 adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction.
