PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care preparation excellent in storing stability, comprising a monoglyceryl linoleate, the whitening effect of which is confirmed, and stabilized by using limited surfactant and stabilizer. SOLUTION: The preparation comprises (a) 0.01-5% of the monoglyceryl linoleate, (b) 0.01-10% of a phospholipid, (c) 0.0001-5% of one or more kind of water-soluble antioxidants and optionally one or more kind of whitening agents excluding (a).
