PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information retrieval knowhow management system which can share knowhow of information retrieval within a group, and raise the whole group's information retrieval capability. SOLUTION: The information retrieval knowhow management system 1 comprises; an information acquisition unit 2 which acquires required information by retrieving information on the Internet and generates and acquires retrieval history information which shows history of retrieval according to the retrieval; and an information sharing management unit 3 which associates acquired necessary information with the retrieval history information and manages them in sharable manner.
