PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system allowing automatic generation of functions providing services desired by an end user, in network connection equipment. SOLUTION: When receiving a request of a specification which a resource server (RS) desires to achieve from a specific service adapter (SA), a specification analyzer analyzes the requested specification, a function module necessary for achieving the specification is collected to configure a virtual service adapter, and is provided to the service adapter requested by the configured virtual service adapter.
