PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof structure capable of surely waterproofing between a connector and a case by absorbing a positional shift thereof. SOLUTION: The waterproof structure 1 between the connector 3 mounted on a circuit board 2 and the case 4 having a connector-mounting hole 41 exposing the connector 3, and housing the circuit board 2, is provided with a grommet 5 having an inside cylinder-shaped part 51 made of an elastic material having a waterproofing property, closely contacting an outer periphery of a housing 31 of the connector 3, and an outside cylinder-shaped part 52 arranged outside the inside cylinder-shaped part 51 and jointed thereto. The outside cylinder-shaped part 52 covering an edge part of an opening of the connector-mounting hole 41 is fastened and fixed to the edge part of the opening. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
