PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power seat sliding device for a vehicle capable of suppressing noise at the time of drive. SOLUTION: This power seat sliding device for the vehicle is provided with a lower rail 11; an upper rail 12 slidably supported with respect to the lower rail 11; a screw shaft 36 having an axial line along the sliding direction of the upper rail 12 and supported by the upper rail 12 rotatably and immovably in the axial direction; a nut member 31 fixed to the lower rail 11 and screwed to the screw shaft 36; a helical gear 56 driven and connected with a worm gear 52; and a damper member 57 which is provided between the helical gear 56 and the screw shaft 36 and inserted into the helical gear 56 so as to be rotated integrally with the helical gear 56 and into which the screw shaft 36 is inserted so as to be rotated integrally with the screw shaft 36.
