HEAD UNIT FOR PASTE DISPENSER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head unit for a paste dispenser, by which a defective paste pattern can be detected effectively at a minimum expense. SOLUTION: The head unit for the paste dispenser for applying paste onto a substrate from a nozzle according to the predetermined pattern while changing the relative position of the nozzle to the substrate comprises: a head body for supporting the nozzle; a cross-sectional area sensor for scanning the paste pattern formed on the substrate to one direction to measure a cross-sectional area of the formed paste pattern; and a sensor rotary driving part for rotating the cross-sectional area sensor for measuring sectional area in X-axis and Y-axis around the head body and rotating the cross-sectional area sensor backward and forward.
