PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball replenishing device for a game machine capable of suppressing costs to be low without the need of complicated molding, and being positioned at an optional position of a support member without being easily position-shifted even when vibrations are applied. SOLUTION: The ball replenishing device 25 for supplying pachinko balls in ball supply equipment provided on the inner side of an installation base to the ball tank of a pachinko game machine is attached to the installation base so as to correspond to each pachiko game machine. Then, the ball replenishing device 25 comprises the support member 28 disposed at the upper part of the pachinko game machine provided on the installation base and provided with a flat first guide groove 29 extended along the width direction of the pachinko game machine, and a first locking means 31 provided so as to be freely slid along the first guide groove 29 of the support member 28 for moving a device main body 26 along the support member 28 and freely releasably fixing the device main body 26 at an optional position of the support member 28. Also, the device main body 26 is provided with a regulation member to appear in and be retracted from a ball discharge pipe 42 accompanying the swing of the ball discharge pipe 42.
