Glucose isomerase optionally in combination with 5-D-fructose-dehydrogenase, useful in/as medicine (product). Independent claims are included for: (1) a food comprising glucose isomerase optionally in combination with 5-D-fructose-dehydrogenase; and (2) a method for treating food, comprising mixing food with glucose isomerase optionally in combination with 5-D-fructose dehydrogenase, with which the effect of the enzyme is utilized after consuming the food.
