<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal device capable of suppressing deterioration of a secondary battery. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile terminal device 100 is capable of using the secondary battery 8 as a power source and comprises a housing unit having a plurality of housings and a connection part connecting the housings so that they can be opened and closed, an opening/closing state detection unit 10 which detects opening/closing states of the housing part, a charging circuit 7 which supplies electric power from an external power source to the secondary battery 8, and a charging control circuit 9 which controls the charging circuit according to a detection result of the opening/closing state detection part 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
