PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor and an image processing system, capable of discriminating between valid access and unauthorized access by spoofing or the like. SOLUTION: A setting means 26a receives setting of a monitor period for monitoring access to data registered with a memory unit 25. A comparison means 31, if access is made to data with the monitor period set therefor, compares a date and time when the access has been made to the data with the set monitor period. If the comparison result shows that the access has been made on a date and time within the monitor period, a notification means 32 notifies a predetermined notification destination of the access made to the data.
