摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor bolt fastening structure causing no hindrance to an anchor bolt even when a base plate lifts greatly. SOLUTION: A seismic control member 5 is interposed between the base plate 3 made of steel and placed on a concrete skeleton C, and a locknut 2 screwed with an upper exposed part 1a of the anchor bolt 1 penetrating the base plate 3 and embedded in the concrete skeleton C. The seismic control member 5 is composed of a lower washer 6 pressing the base plate 3, a cylindrical outer cylinder 7 installed on the lower washer 6, and an upper washer 8 formed with a recessed part 8b opened upward inside a peripheral wall part 8a internally contacting the outer cylinder 7 through a damping material 9. A void V is provided between the lower washer 6 and the upper washer 8. As the damping material 9, a viscoelastic body, extremely low yield point steel, lead, tin, or the like may be used since material with large hysteresis absorbing energy and moderate rigidity is sufficient.
