PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate disorder by imbalance of opened filaments as a method for opening a non-twist filament assembly and arranging the opened filaments parallel in a method for opening the filaments by air blowing or static electricity and further a method for extending grooves, etc., and opening the filaments. SOLUTION: The method for opening the filament assembly and arranging the opened filaments parallel is carried out as follows. Contact conditions of the delivery of the filament assembly with a plurality of multi-stage rollers are changed by using the plurality of relatively installed multi-stage rollers.
