PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primer for a lactone ring-containing polymer which can firmly bond a thermoplastic resin layer having a lactone ring-containing polymer as the major component to other thermoplastic resins and base materials other than the thermoplastic resins and gives an easily adhering layer capable of allowing a coating agent such as an adhesive to well adhere, and a laminated product using the primer. SOLUTION: The primer for a lactone ring-containing polymer is a primer for forming an easily adhering layer on at least one surface of a thermoplastic resin layer in producing a laminated product having the thermoplastic resin layer having a lactone ring-containing polymer as the major component and comprises a polyurethane resin or its precursor and/or an amino group-containing polymer. The laminated product has the thermoplastic resin layer having the lactone ring-containing polymer as the major component, and the easily adhering layer containing the primer for the lactone ring-containing polymer is formed on at least one surface of the above thermoplastic resin layer.
