PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin leaf-like formed body which has softness and cold resistance and can be fused with a high frequency as being desired, and a thin leaf-like body which has softness and cold resistance and is formed by a high frequency fusion as being desired. SOLUTION: The thin leaf-like formed body is formed of a resin composition containing 50-99 pts.mass of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and 1-50 pts.mass of an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer; and the thin leaf-like body is formed by fusing this thin leaf-like formed body with a high frequency. Since the thin leaf-like formed body has softness and cold resistance, and fusible with a high frequency as being desired, the thin leaf-like body is high in usefulness as covers for stationery or books such as a pocket notebook cover, a notebook cover, a book cover, and a health insurance certificate cover; sheets or films for stationery such as a clear case, bases for various kinds of tapes; packaging sheets, and the like.
