PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition quickly curable even of irradiated with low doses of rays, and usable in coating agents, textile processing agents, sealants, potting agents, caulking agents, adhesives, etc. SOLUTION: The photo- and moisture-curable composition essentially comprises (A) a compound of the general formula(1):R<SP>1</SP><SB>3-m</SB>(R<SP>2</SP>O)<SB>m</SB>Si-(CH<SB>2</SB>)<SB>n</SB>-[OCH(R<SP>3</SP>)CH<SB>2</SB>]<SB>o</SB>-O-(CH<SB>2</SB>)<SB>p</SB>-Si(OR<SP>4</SP>)<SB>q</SB>R<SP>5</SP><SB>3-q</SB>( wherein, R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>, R<SP>3</SP>, R<SP>4</SP>and R<SP>5</SP>are same or different and each a 1-3C alkyl; o R<SP>3</SP>groups are may be same or different and each H or methyl; m and q are same or different and each an integer of 1-3; n and p are each an integer of 0-3; and o is an integer of 20-200 ), (B) (meth)acrylic silicate, (C) a moisture-curing catalyst and (D) a photopolymerization initiator.
