PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two liquid type polyurethane-based hardening composition in which the reactivity of a hydroxyl group-terminated polyurethane prepolymer with isocyanate is good even without using an aromatic polyamine such as MBOCA as an active hydrogen compound, a sufficient pot life is satisfied with the hardenability whereby walking on the next day is possible, furthermore, the appearance and physical properties of its coating film formed by hardening are made good. SOLUTION: The two liquid type polyurethane-based hardening composition contains a hardening agent containing a hydroxyl group-terminated polyurethane prepolymer which is obtained by reacting an isocyanate-terminated polyurethane prepolymer (a3) obtained by reacting a polyoxyalkylene diol (a1) with a diisocyanate (a2), with a diol (a4) which has a molecular weight of 60-200 and of which the both ends are primary hydroxyl groups, as an active hydrogen compound; and a base agent containing an isocyanate-containing compound (b) of which the NCO group-containing ratio is 6-33 mass%.
