PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extension arm with a camera holder with which a photograph is taken with a photographer, who holds a camera, himself (herself) as a subject. SOLUTION: What is obtained by attaching a mirror 3 in a camera holder 2 on which the camera is mounted and what is obtained by forming a trigger 5 coupling with a shutter in a holding part 6 are attached to both ends of the extension arm 1 being a bar body which is not flexible, and they are attached to the extension arm 2 whose middle part is bent so that they may be at offset positions each other, and both of them are coupled by a release. Then, a sounding body and a moving model 47 giving an impulse to eyes and ears of an infant or a pet are attached to the camera holder part, and the front of the camera and the holding part 6 at a terminal equipped with a water pump 23 are fixed to face to each other.
