PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve miniaturization, thinning, and further reduction of cost and improvement in reliability by constituting an opening/closing device of a small number of components. SOLUTION: A fixed member 8 where an aperture part 15 is formed is arranged to be opposed to a plate type movable member 7 which opens or closes the aperture part 15. A rotary shaft 23 perpendicular to the surface of the fixed member 8, where the aperture part 15 is formed, is provided on the movable member 7, and a bearing for the rotary shaft 23 is provided on the fixed member 8. The movable member 7 is turned in parallel with the surface of the fixed member 8, where the aperture part 15 is formed, with the rotary shaft 23 as center of rotation. Furthermore, both ends of one shape memory alloy 41 and 42 are set as fixed ends 43 and 44, and the vicinity of the center thereof is set as a movable end 45. Either of two magnets 24 and 25 provided on the movable member 7 attracts and fixes either of two magnets 31 and 32 provided on the fixed member 8, and simultaneously the polarity of the other magnet of the movable member 7 is detected by a Hall IC 10 provided on the fixed member 8 so as to discriminate the position of the movable member 7.
