<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarizing plate which is prepared by sticking a protective film to a polarizer with an adhesive, has a high adhesive strength between the polarizer and the protective film and is excellent in bending resistance, reworkability, water resistance, moisture resistance, etc. <P>SOLUTION: The polarizing plate is constituted by sticking a thermoplastic resin film principally comprising a lactone-ring-containing polymer to at least a half surface of the polarizer with an adhesive and, on the surface opposite to the polarizer of the thermoplastic resin film, an easy adhesion layer including polyurethane resin and/or amino group-containing polymer is formed. The lactone-ring-containing polymer has a lactone-ring structure preferably exhibited by formula (1), wherein R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>and R<SP>3</SP>denote a hydrogen atom or an organic residue having carbon number of 1 to 20 independently from one another and the organic residue may contain oxygen atom. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
