PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure which enable a facing material to be exactly mounted on a building frame and hardly deteriorates the building frame even when mounting the facing material on a part such as a gable which is exposed in rain. SOLUTION: An extended part 120 of the facing material A is mounted on a first surface 20 of the building frame 10 through a mounting fixture 160, and a base plate 112 of the facing material A is mounted on a second surface 22 of the building frame 10 through a fixture 15.
