PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form for preparing slope protection works, which is kept in an expanded state and smoothly dropped onto a reinforcement cage set on a construction target surface beforehand. SOLUTION: The form is formed of a connection frame 4 and both side plates 5. The connection frame 4 consists of a horizontal bar 1, vertical bars 2 extending from both edges of the horizontal bar downward such that an interval between the vertical bars becomes narrower at a lower location, and mounting bars 3 protruding from an upper portion and a lower portion of each vertical bars in an extension direction of the horizontal bar. Then the connection frame is arranged between a pair of the right and left side plates 5 in a manner being spaced a predetermined interval away from side plates, and ends of the upper and lower mounting bars are rotatably mounted on both the side plates 5. Then in the process of dropping the expanded form, when a lower edge of the vertical bar has passed through an upper main reinforcement of the reinforcement cage, forced opening of the form is canceled, and then the form is dropped downward.
