PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic toner having such excellent effects that a high density toner image can be formed because, in a toner manufacturing process, deviation of a colorant does not occur and decomposition of the colorant is suppressed, and a toner image having high light resistance and transparency can be formed. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic toner is obtained by aggregating and heat-fusing at least polyester resin particles and colored fine particles in an aqueous medium, wherein the colored fine particles contain a colorant and a crosslinked polyester resin.
