PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for sensitively detecting a target substance by surely acquiring the target substance in a specific domain on substrates while efficiently preventing non-specific adsorption. SOLUTION: This structure is equipped with a bonding functional group on substrates for thereto bonding acquisition molecules for acquiring the target substance. In this structure, a substrate exists to which one end of a polymer is bonded while the bonding functional group is bonded to the other end of the polymer, and another substrate exists to which a suppressing functional group is bonded for suppressing the adsorption of biomolecules to the structure, and a suppressing functional group is bonded also to a side chain of the polymer.
