Alternating current-servo module, has coordinate converter that changes control signal into three phase voltage-reference value and converts into pulse width modulation-signal that is supplied to servo-motor to produce torque
摘要
The module has an encoder producing a feedback-target signal for decoupling. The target signal and an angular speed-feedback signal of a rotational speed-measuring device form a decoupling current signal. The decoupling signal and a voltage-target signal of a controller form a decoupled and compensated control signal for a coordinate converter. The converter changes the control signal into a three phase voltage-reference value and converts into a pulse width modulation (PWM)-signal by a pulse width modulator. The PWM-signal is supplied to a servo-motor to produce a torque. An independent claim is also included for an alternating current-servo driver in an alternating current-servo module.
