The valve has a valve unit (10) with an axial sleeve (11) including an air inlet pipe (12) and an air outlet pipe (13). An axial rod (20) has ends extending in the sleeve and is movable during operation of the valve, where the rod has a movable bar (21) with a through hole arranged in a radial direction in the middle of the rod. An elastic body (30) is arranged in the sleeve, and has ends supported against a front side of the valve unit and the rod. A cover (40) covers the valve unit and works together with the rod in such a manner that one of the ends of the rod extends through the cover.
