NOVEL BIS(AMINO)-ORTHO-DICARBABORANE CLUSTER COMPOUNDS

摘要

Bis(amino)-ortho-dicarbaboranes and bis(amino)-ortho-dicarbaborane compounds and their nido-derivates are used as boron neutron capture therapy agents. A method of synthesizing the bis(amino)-ortho-dicarbaborane clusters from corresponding bis(phthalimido)acetylenes is described as well as pharmaceutical compositions and the use of the compounds.
