A stand device allowing a bicycle to less lose balance and turn over during parking, easily operable, preventing an arm body of the stand device from being caught by reversely rotating cranks and pedals to obstruct the backward movement of the bicycle when the bicycle is pulled out rearward from a parking lot with the arm body vertically positioned, and preventing the rotating motion of the cranks from being obstructed during the traveling. The bicycle is parked by using an arm body (15a) extended leftward to the advancing direction of the bicycle while avoiding the rotation paths of the cranks and the pedals. During traveling, the movement of the arm body to have two rotational axes (9, 10) is well controlled to store the arm body by only an action to kick up the arm body so that the traveling of the bicycle is not obstructed.
