<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a plurality of required processing items from a series of processing flow and to display a plurality of processing images corresponding to the selected processing items in an image processing apparatus for inputting images of an object to be measured and processing the inputted images to perform inspection or discrimination. <P>SOLUTION: Since a plurality of required processing items can be selected from the series of processing flow and a plurality of processing images corresponding to the selected processing items can be displayed, the image processing apparatus can check the processing images while tracing processing steps when NG occurs. Thereby a cause or the like of trouble occurrence can be easily analyzed. A camera image display area is set on the upper side of a layout switching area and a text display area is set on the lower side.
