<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a moving picture flicker by a technique simpler than before, and realize display of a smooth moving picture. <P>SOLUTION: A synthesizing circuit 230 inputs signals representing pixel ratio coefficients R2, R3 from a pixel ratio coefficient determination circuit 210, and simultaneously inputs frame image data D1 in which over-scanning is performed from a first latch circuit 272 in a pixel unit. The composite circuit 230 extracts pixels of a number corresponding to the pixel ratio coefficient R2 from a preceding frame image, and extracts pixels of a number corresponding to the pixel ratio coefficient R3 from a succeeding frame image. At the time, the pixels extracted from the succeeding frame is extracted from an exclusive position of the pixel extracted from the preceding frame image. Carrying out like this, the synthesizing circuit 230 synthesizes the pixel of the extracted preceding frame image and the pixel of the succeeding frame image by operation of logical OR, and creates intermediate frame image data D2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
