<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely transmit a drive signal to a gate of a semiconductor switching element of an upper arm in an inverter apparatus having a voltage boosting level shift circuit for transmitting a control signal from a low-voltage circuit to a high-voltage circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The inverter apparatus of the invention includes the voltage boosting level shift circuit for transmitting the control signal from the low-voltage circuit to the high-voltage circuit, sets widths of set and reset pulses exceeding a time from a peak value of a recovery current in a diode reversely connected to the semiconductor switching element in parallel to a convergence of an oscillated voltage, and surely transmits the signal to the upper arm even if the signal is interrupted by an operation of a logic filter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
