PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent concurrent obstruction alarm issuance and route presentation from reducing a driver's attention and from bothering the driver. SOLUTION: In a steering scene, if it is determined that objects of a driver's attention are likely to be obstructions in consideration of a high driving load or low driving skill level derived from the ratio of the occupation area of each object of attention to the number of points of attention to the object of attention, an obstruction alarm is issued if there is an obstruction outside the visual field (Step S5 to S7). If it is determined that objects of attention are objects that can be clues in consideration of a low driving load or high driving skill level derived from the ratio and a threshold number or more of objects of attention satisfying clue information, route presentation is executed if the visual field is narrow (Step S11 to Step S13). It is determined that the objects of attention are obstructions if objects of attention satisfying clue information are fewer than the threshold, and an obstruction alarm is issued if there is an obstruction outside the visual field.
