PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet head and an inkjet printer, which perform printing by ejecting an ink droplet onto a recording medium, which efficiently remove particularly an ink mist uncontributing to the formation of an image, which have high cooling efficiency, and which prevent an involatile component contained in ink from remaining on a radiator plate. SOLUTION: The inkjet head comprises a plurality of nozzles for ejecting the ink droplets onto a recording medium 8, and the radiator plate 11. A microdroplet capturing mechanism 22, which removes the ink mist composed of a microdroplet 28 ejected from the nozzle by centrifugal separation, is formed in the radiator plate 11. The removed microdroplet 28 is efficiently utilized for the radiation of heat generated by an actuator etc. The involatile component of the microdroplet 28, which remains on the radiator plate 11, is recovered into a waste liquid tank by negative pressure.
