PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent magnetic motor with a wide range of operating speed capable of reducing power capacity, using a simple structure. SOLUTION: This permanent magnetic motor includes a first group of magnets and a second group of magnets which are adjacent to each other in the axial direction, and the first group of magnets and the second group of magnets comprise magnets of which the magnetization directions are alternately different in the rotational direction. Furthermore, a rotor is provided, of which the magnetization direction is different from those of the magnets in the first group of magnets and the magnets in the second group of magnets which are adjacent to each other in the axial direction. A stator and the rotator have a relative displacement mechanism, capable of relatively moving in the axial direction, thus enabling to control the voltage and appropriately maintaining the power capacity.
