PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzing method of a very small amount of an element in an aqueous solution capable of simply performing the concentration analysis of a very small amount of the element present in the aqueous solution with precision of a relatively high level using a fluorescent X-ray analyzer. SOLUTION: The aqueous solution 1 containing a very small amount of the element is put in a boiling container 3 along with an adsorbing material 2 and heated to evaporate moisture. The solid component 5 containing the adsorbing material in the boiling container left after the evaporation of moisture is ground down into a fine powdery or particulate state and the content of a very small amount of the element in the obtained powdery or granular sample is measured using the fluorescent X-ray analyzer 9.
