PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical equipment assembly capable of minimizing intrusion of water onto a face on a side where various electric components are mounted, and quickly discharging the water to the outside of a body even though the water intrudes onto the face at the side where the various electric components are mounted, without mounting a seal material on a joint portion of a heat sink and the body, in an outdoor unit of an air conditioner having a structure where the inside of the casing is divided into a blower chamber and a machine chamber by a partitioning plate extending vertically. SOLUTION: This electrical equipment assembly 8 comprises the body 71 and the heat sink 94. The body 71 has a mounting plate portion 73 disposed at a blower chamber S1 side, and various electric components including an invertor control element 92 are mounted at a side opposite to the blower chamber S1 side, of the mounting plate 73. The heat sink 94 is mounted on a face at the blower chamber S1 side of the mounting plate portion 73.
