PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas stove capable of lowering the temperature of an operating portion and a part which may be touched by fingers and hands in being used, and having high cleanability. SOLUTION: This gas stove is provided with burners 12 on opening portions 3 of a top plate 2 for heating a heated object, trivets 6 corresponding to the burners 12 to place the heated object, and an air blower 29 constituting air trunks 25-28 on a rear surface of the top plate 2 and supplying the cooling air for cooling the top plate 2 to the air trunks 25-28, and the rear surface of the top plate 2 is forcibly cooled by forcibly distributing the air to the air trunks 25-28 by the air blower 29.
