The device is applicable for reinforcement of pallets, crates and other types of packages. It is user-friendly and quick. The device consists of an aluminium body (1) with a straining mechanism (2) and a lever (3), a rotary shear (4) and a lever (5), and a pressing eccentric (6) with a lever (7). The horizontal electromagnet (8) consists of a magnetic conductor (9), a washer (10), a reel (11) with a winding (12), an anchor (13) meshing with a plate (14), a heater (15) and a spring (16). The package is plastered with a plastic band (26). The vertical electromagnet (17) consists of a magnetic conductor (18), a washer (19), a reel (20) with a winding (21), an anchor (21) with a pressing element (23) and a spring (24). A plastic band (26) embraces the package. A control panel (27) feeds the device.
