PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray tube and a nondestructive inspection system with a magnifying ratio heightened of a magnified perspective image obtained by irradiating X rays on a sample from aslant, and capable of preventing leak of the X rays needed. SOLUTION: In the X-ray tube 1A extracting X rays from an X-ray irradiation window 18 by generating the X rays by having electron irradiated from an electron gun 17 incident on a target 9 of a positive electrode 8 arranged inside a tubular vacuum envelope main body 6, the positive electrode 8 is arranged on a tube axis line C1 of the vacuum envelope main body 6, and the X-ray irradiation window 18 is fitted eccentrically to the tube axis line C1 of the vacuum envelope main body 6, at a sealing part 5g provided at an end part of the vacuum envelope main body 6.
