PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member fastening structure capable of making its thickness for installation structure small in the surrounding of installation area for an installed member and a member fastening structure and an electric compressor having this fastening structure. SOLUTION: An airtight terminal 101 is installed on a first housing 190 in the electric compressor 10. The airtight terminal 101 includes a support member 102 and conductive members 111-113.
