PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inline type filter having a simple structure, which is small and capable of easily changing a filter element. SOLUTION: The inline type filter comprises an element case 3 containing a filter element 2, port blocks 4A, 4B located at the both ends in the axis L direction of the element case 3 and fixing blocks 5A, 5B for fastening the port blocks 4A, 4B to the element case 3, wherein the fixing blocks 5A, 5B are screwed to the port block 4A, 4B so as to be adjustable by relatively moving in the axis direction while detachably inserted around fixing parts 3a of the ends of the element case 3 and fixed to the fixing parts 3a through fixing rings 7A so that the port block 4A, 4B are pushed to the element case 3 to be fixed.
