PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side surface cover for a display shelf which prevents the frame or the internal space of the display shelf from being seen even when being seen from the side or a diagonally this side; and to provide the display shelf equipped with the side surface cover. SOLUTION: This cover 6 covers the side surface of the display shelf 1 which is formed into a staircase shape of structural materials 2 and 3 being able to attract a magnetic body 8. The cover 6 has a shape to cover the side surface of the display shelf 1, and the magnetic body 8 is provided in a region coming into contact with the structural materials 2 and 3 of the display shelf for the side surface cover for the display shelf 1.
