PAPER DISPENSER

The inventive dispenser is a paper dispenser, particularly for dispensing toilet paper, comprising a housing (5) for housing a roll (3) of paper, the housing (5) having a front side (8) with a dispensing opening (13) via which the paper is unwound sheet by sheet, and comprising means (11) for locking the front side (8) to the housing (5). This dispenser is characterized by virtue of the fact that the front side (8) comprises a hatch (16) for accessing the interior of the housing (5) via which the free end (4) of the roll (3) can be removed. A dispenser of this type permits the user to solve problems of paper blocking inside the housing (5) without, however, being able to steal the roll (3) or, in any event, while leaving it in its original shape so that it can still be used.
