<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system capable of surely processing hydrogen contained in anode off-gas with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: This fuel cell system comprises a fuel cell 12 which generates electric power by receiving the supply of cathode-gas including oxygen into the cathode, and anode-gas including hydrogen into an anode, a humidifier 32 by which cathode-gas sent to the cathode is humidified, an anode off-gas passage 24 through which anode off-gas exhausted from the anode is sent to the humidifier 32, and a catalyst 36 which is installed in the humidifier 32 and burns hydrogen remained in anode off-gas. The humidifier 32 can burn residual hydrogen in anode off-gas, so that such devices as a dilution device and a combustor are not required, thereby processing residual hydrogen with a simple system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
