摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immobilized body of functional organic molecules capable of easily and highly accurately analyzing the amount of immobilization of functional organic molecules fixed to the surfaces of carriers. <P>SOLUTION: The immobilized body of functional organic molecules is constituted by keeping the immobilization of functional organic molecules (ligands) having a covalent binding between carbon atoms and fluorine atoms fixed to the surfaces of carriers. In this case, it is possible to easily and highly accurately determine the amount of immobilization of ligands by the techniques of XPS analysis and mass analysis. The type of ligands used for the immobilized body is not specially limited as far as the ligands are functional organic molecules having a covalent binding between carbon atoms and fluorine atoms in molecules. Various types of organic molecules having affinity to biomolecules are usually used.
