<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high-speed and accurate calculation, when computing the time constant of a dq-axis equivalent circuit by analysis of electromagnetic field at evaluation of characteristics of a PM motor. <P>SOLUTION: A magnetic flux table, which has a d-axis magnetic flux λ<SB>d</SB>table and a q-axis magnetic flux λ<SB>q</SB>table, and a torque table, which has a current I and a control angle γ as parameters, are provided. A current I is obtained, using the torque and the control angle γ being given, and d-axis magnetic flux λ<SB>d</SB>and q-axis magnetic flux λ<SB>q</SB>are obtained from the magnetic flux table, using the current I and the control angle γ. Moreover, the d-axis current i<SB>d</SB>' and the q-axis current i<SB>q</SB>' of the equivalent circuit are computed from the current I and the control angle γ, and the shaft voltages V<SB>d</SB>' and V<SB>q</SB>' of each axial equivalent circuit are obtained, using these axial magnetic flux λ<SB>d</SB>and λ<SB>q</SB>, the shaft currents i<SB>d</SB>' and i<SB>q</SB>', and the electrical angular velocity ω. An interline voltage execution value and a phase current effective value from the obtained shaft voltage V<SB>d</SB>' and V<SB>q</SB>' and the shaft current i<SB>d</SB>' and i<SB>q</SB>' are obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
