PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display information having hierarchical relationship by much more quickly and easily retrieving both the high rank information and low rank information of an access key. SOLUTION: Preliminarily based on a parent/child relationship data table 10, a table 14 for high rank hierarchy retrieval is prepared by a high rank hierarchy table preparation part 11, and a table 15 for low rank hierarchy retrieval is prepared by a low rank hierarchy table preparing part 12. An enterprise code as an access key is input by an input device 16, and the table 14 for the high rank hierarchy retrieval and an attribute data table 13 and the table 15 for the low rank hierarchy retrieval are retrieved by using the access key, and the retrieval results are combined and acquired by a parent/child relationship list acquisition part 18. At that time, the information of the attribute data table 13 is added to the retrieval results of the table 14 for high rank hierarchy retrieval and the table 15 for low rank hierarchy retrieval so that an output picture 19 can be acquired. Thus, it is possible to display information having hierarchial relationship by quickly and easily retrieving both the parent(upper rank) information and child(low rank) information of the access key.
