PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of preventing a difference in imaging position on an electronic imaging element between a telephoto end and a wide-angle end, by reducing a difference between the telephoto end and wide-angle end of a zoom lens in terms of the incident angle at which the light ray of the maximum image height is made incident on the electronic imaging element. SOLUTION: In the imaging apparatus, the incident angle at which the light rays of the maximum height image is made incident on the electronic imaging element 6 when a zoom lens part Z is at the telephoto end is made 5°or greater, that is, 8.8°.
