PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk chamber for liquid sample analysis capable of realizing a quick and accurate reaction with a smaller quantity of sample, and securing accuracy of a measured value. SOLUTION: In this disk for sample analysis having a chamber comprising an aperture provided between an upper substrate and a lower substrate through a spacer and at least two opening parts provided in the chamber, the chamber includes a plurality of lower side recessed parts provided on the lower substrate, and a solid reagent is carried on at least one spot among the lower side recessed parts.
