PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device capable of measuring accurately jitter of a data signal. SOLUTION: The jitter measuring device for measuring jitter of a data signal to be measured includes: the first pulse generator for detecting the edge of the data signal to be measured, and outputting the first pulse signal having the pulse width determined beforehand corresponding to the edge; the second pulse generator for detecting the boundary of a data section where a data value does not transit in the data signal to be measured, and outputting the second pulse signal having the pulse width determined beforehand corresponding to a timing of the detected boundary of the data section; a filter for removing a carrier frequency component of the data signal to be measured from the first pulse signal and the second pulse signal; and a jitter calculator for calculating jitter of the signal to be measured based on a signal output from the filter.
